Senior Consultant, Sage Intacct Implementation – Construction/CRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Overseeing multiple projects and clients concurrently within the construction sector to ensure successful execution by adhering to our established implementation methodology, resulting in on-scope, on-budget, and on-time delivery, along with high customer satisfaction and successful adoption.

• Implementing all facets of the implementation process, which encompasses collaborative consultation with clients, defining requirements, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training, data cleansing, and data migration.

• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the Sage Intacct software, including expertise in implementing and utilizing advanced Sage Intacct modules, while staying updated on the latest product features and enhancements, particularly those relevant to Sage Intacct CRE product functionality.

• Configuring and implementing Sage Intacct software based on a comprehensive understanding of customer-specific business processes, alongside industry standards and system best practices.

• Adhering to a structured implementation approach by utilizing templated project plans, ensuring timely project delivery and budget adherence while maximizing return on investment.

• Leveraging and developing less experienced implementation resources by providing on-the-job coaching and mentorship.

• Conducting training sessions for end-users across all levels of the customer organization and correlating system functionality with customer business operations.

• Accurately documenting customer business requirements into configurable software solutions and business management processes, employing best practices and visual process flowcharts.

• Addressing customer technical support inquiries related to system implementation.

• Understanding, designing, and creating industry-specific key performance indicators, reports, and dashboards.

• Collaborating in a team-oriented environment with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success to effectively manage project execution and completion.

• Delivering prompt, clear, and friendly communication while providing high-quality service and leadership to align with customer objectives and requests.

• Contributing to and utilizing a knowledge repository of deployment best practices while enhancing tools and the repeatability of service delivery.

• Mentoring Associate Solution Architects and Solution Architects on processes, Sage Intacct modules, and customer/project management.

• Acting as an escalation point for project-related issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Management Information Systems (MIS).

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting and implementing Sage Intacct.

• Sage Intacct Certified Implementation Consultant / Sage Intacct Construction Certified Implementation Consultant is strongly preferred.

• Understanding of the vertical industry acquired through operational or accounting experience in the construction sector.

• Consulting experience from end-to-end throughout the software delivery life cycle, following a process-based methodology, or experience as an end user who has participated in a software implementation or upgrade.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.) is preferred for effective data mapping, integration, and migration of customer data.

• Proven skills in time management, communication, relationship building, collaboration, and problem-solving.

• Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical abilities, coupled with initiative and adaptability.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
