Senior Consultant – Quality Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Utilize expertise in Quality Engineering and various testing domains (Automation, Performance, Data Quality, AI, White Box, Black Box) to formulate and provide guidance on test planning.

• Ensure high-quality outcomes by conducting both manual and automated testing, guaranteeing comprehensive coverage across functional, system, data, and AI components.

• Support or Lead the creation and execution of thorough test strategies, quality processes, and documentation for the assigned project.

• Keep precise records of results, test cases, and provide feedback to the project team.

• Ensure that all QE deliverables align with quality standards, project objectives, and organizational best practices.

• Actively participate in or lead the defect triage process.

• Create and validate test data, data pipelines, and infrastructure from both functional and system viewpoints.

• Assess and test machine learning models, encompassing LLM behavior, prompt robustness, model outputs, and performance metrics.

• Guide junior team members, advocate for QE best practices, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Engineering domain.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field.

• Substantial experience in QA methodologies, test planning, automation, and quality engineering practices.

• Strong expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks.

• Proficient programming skills in Python, C#, Java, or equivalent languages.

• Practical experience in testing data pipelines, ETL workflows, and analytics platforms (preferably Databricks, Fabric).

• Familiarity with machine learning principles, model evaluation metrics, and AI system behavior.

• Capability to test LLM behavior, prompts, and AI model outputs.

• Proficient in executing comprehensive test plans for AI models and systems.

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally and influencing engineering teams.

• Enthusiasm for innovation, continuous learning, and staying updated with emerging QE and AI technologies.

• Relevant certifications (Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc.) are advantageous.

• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, is preferred.
