This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the complete execution of early career programs, which encompass full-time development rotational programs, apprenticeship initiatives, internship offerings, and seasonal opportunities.
• Create and implement onboarding processes for early careers program cohorts, manage rotation logistics, and provide placement assistance.
• Coordinate logistics for regular live virtual and in-person events tailored for program participants.
• Introduce enhancements aimed at improving participant experiences and outcomes.
• Gather and analyze feedback and data to guide program improvements.
• Collaborate with business leaders, executives, and HR colleagues to adapt and expand the early careers programs in response to changing business needs.
• Encourage leader involvement and engagement while supporting discussions related to participant performance evaluations.
• Lead cohort orientation and onboarding initiatives.
• Track participant performance and experiences throughout the programs.
• Identify and address risks, including performance and placement issues.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure robust rotation experiences for participants.
• Assist in the career advancement of participants.
• Ensure compliance with policies and strategic goals.
• Aid in program budgeting oversight and vendor management.
• Maintain documentation and reporting systems for the programs.
• Align programs with workforce strategy initiatives.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading early career programs and project management with a consultative approach.
• Proven experience in planning and executing events.
• Demonstrated ability to design and assess programs linked to specific outcomes.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving.
• Preferred backgrounds in early careers, Learning & Development, program management, or similar fields.
• Comfortable engaging with early-career individuals and crafting developmental experiences.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately a few times per year).
