Senior Consultant, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the customer and project team to integrate the Arkestro system into the customer’s procurement workflow.

• Employ a blend of functional, technical, and product knowledge to provide top-tier solutions for Arkestro clients.

• Assess, analyze, and evaluate current customers’ procurement workflows and templates to effectively align them with the Arkestro solution.

• Take the lead across cross-functional teams to develop the comprehensive project plan and guide it to successful completion.

• Work in partnership with business leaders and IT team members to pinpoint system or process enhancements and improvements. Be prepared to question the existing norms with innovative ideas and solutions.

• Serve as the main point of contact for system-related sustainment issues, product enhancements, and change requests.

• Offer training, mentoring, and comprehensive knowledge transfer concerning solution functionality, as well as development and testing practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the US.

• At least 6 years of experience as an implementation consultant, business analyst, or project manager, including both onsite and remote work with clients.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Proficient in resolving and driving solutions for complex challenges that necessitate the development of innovative approaches.

• Ability to lead through influence and establish oneself as a trusted advisor among all stakeholders.

• Adaptable in a dynamic environment and skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple deliverables and stakeholder groups.

• Addresses intricate problems with great attention to detail and exercises sound judgment based on the analysis of various information sources.

• Enthusiastic about working with disruptive technology and being at the forefront of facilitating customer success.

• Willingness to travel 35% of the time or more.

• Ideally possesses procurement experience with relevant processes, tools, and the broader systems landscape.
