Senior Consultant, Pharmacy Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee consulting projects to provide strategic, operational, and analytical solutions for clients.

• Create and implement project plans that align with established timelines, budgets, and anticipated outcomes.

• Examine and interpret complex data sets to uncover trends, insights, and areas for enhancement.

• Deliver recommendations and findings to client leadership and key stakeholders.

• Lead client meetings, discussions, and project updates.

• Manage relationships with mid to senior-level clients and ensure alignment on project expectations.

• Employ project management methodologies to steer work efforts and guarantee successful project completion.

• Spot opportunities to improve products, services, tools, or methodologies within the functional area.

• Assist in business development initiatives by recognizing potential upsell opportunities and collaborating with senior team members.

• Contribute to the creation and dissemination of intellectual capital, best practices, and example deliverables throughout the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in interpreting and presenting complex data insights to senior stakeholders.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior experience in facilitating client meetings and delivering presentations is preferred.

• Ability to foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and clients.

• Willingness to travel regularly and efficiently throughout the year to meet client needs and schedules.
