This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Creating and implementing tailored data solutions for clients utilizing a diverse range of software and programming tools, including Definian’s Data Platform software, SQL, Python, and more.
• Applying quantitative techniques to extract actionable insights, identify patterns, and determine outcomes from data.
• Taking full ownership of critical data requirements in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
• Utilizing technical knowledge to offer guidance and direction to clients as you address complex challenges.
• Recognizing and converting client business needs into technical solutions.
• Delivering technological solutions to clients across various sectors, including Manufacturing & Distribution, Education & Government, Consumer & Industrial Products, and Life Sciences & Healthcare.
• Collaborating with clients to comprehend their existing data environment and advising on strategies to align with their future data aspirations.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a data or consulting role, with a preference for those involved in Oracle implementation projects.
• At least 1 year of previous experience with Oracle HCM or Oracle ERP is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of direct experience working with structured data (analyzing, organizing, reporting, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).
• Intermediate proficiency in a programming or scripting language.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and VBA.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
