Senior Consultant – Master Data Governance (MDG)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independent planning and execution of MDM projects, focusing on quality, budget, and timelines.

• Analysis of requirements, development of viable concepts, and preparation of management decisions.

• Design, implementation, and optimization of processes to ensure data quality and enhance efficiency.

• Definition of roles, responsibilities, and structures for effective data governance and smooth process flows.

• Utilization of data analysis to optimize master data models and support data-driven business decisions.

• Advising and inspiring our clients with innovative solutions for Master Data Management & Data Governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Passion for data, its structuring and quality assurance, as well as the structuring and organization of workflows and responsibilities.

• Proven expertise in managing IT projects, ideally within the MDM environment.

• Experience with SAP MDG or comparable tools, along with solid knowledge in at least one of the areas: Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Data Architecture, Data Modelling, or Data Transformation.

• Industry knowledge in Retail, Consumer, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Production, or related fields is advantageous.

• Strong service orientation with a passion for consulting and taking on specialist leadership roles.

• Independence, initiative, and a high degree of responsibility.

• Excellent communication skills in German (C1/C2 level) and good proficiency in English.

• Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
