This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Act as the primary custodian of Salesforce data across Sales and Success, ensuring that the data is precise, consistent, and continuously relevant.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence to establish and uphold data dictionaries, naming conventions, and metadata documentation for Salesforce objects and fields.
• Develop, sustain, and effectively communicate a formalized process for updating Salesforce objects, fields, and related data protocols.
• Evaluate and validate change requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives, data governance standards, and system scalability.
• Work alongside enablement teams to deliver training to stakeholders on best practices for data quality and the approved process for requesting modifications to Salesforce data.
• Examine Salesforce data to uncover trends, identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for enhancing processes.
• Assist in establishing measurable data quality KPIs and provide reporting on the performance of data governance initiatives.
• Create and maintain documentation including data flow diagrams, governance frameworks, change-control processes, and user manuals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in managing Salesforce data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for interpreting data trends and suggesting enhancements.
• Capable of identifying and analyzing issues to foster iterative improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy, organization, and procedural discipline.
• Ability to work independently while seeking guidance and support as required in a structured environment.
