Senior Consultant / Manager – Requirements Engineering, Private Health Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Requirements Engineering: You will capture, analyze, and document requirements, create use cases, and assist in their implementation within the system.

• Process and Organizational Consulting: You will evaluate, enhance, and execute business processes with an emphasis on digitization, automation, customer experience, workflow optimization, and agile organizational frameworks.

• Independent Project Leadership: You will effectively manage client projects from the planning phase to implementation, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and budget constraints.

• Innovation and Business Development: You will identify new opportunities, create innovative solutions, and actively contribute to shaping our consulting portfolio.

• Strategic Consulting: You will support the development of progressive concepts that benefit our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have completed vocational training as an insurance clerk or possess a degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Business Informatics/Information Systems, Insurance/Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering, or similar degree programs focused on insurance.

• You have 3–5 years of experience as a Requirements Engineer within the insurance sector, preferably with a specialization in private health insurance.

• You possess knowledge in Requirements Engineering/Requirements Management (IREB) and have experience in Business Process Management (BPM), digitization, workflow and input management, or Lean Management.

• You understand how to design and execute complex insurance processes in an efficient and sustainable manner.

• Independence & Initiative: You work independently, manage your projects autonomously, and proactively bring your ideas to the table.

• Empathy & Consultative Approach: You comprehend our clients' needs, provide consultative advice, and establish trust-based relationships.
