Senior Consultant / Manager – Requirements Engineering, PKV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Requirements Engineering: Gather, analyze, document requirements, design use cases, and support system implementation.

• Process and Organizational Consulting: Analyze, optimize, and implement business processes, with a focus on digitalization, automation, customer experience, and workflow optimization.

• Independent Project Management: Lead client projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

• Innovation and Business Development: Identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions.

• Strategic Consulting: Create forward-looking concepts that advance clients' objectives.

• Networking: Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Training as an insurance clerk or a degree in a relevant field.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Requirement Engineer in the insurance sector, preferably with a focus on private health insurance.

• Knowledge in Requirements Engineering / Requirements Management (IREB).

• Experience in business process management (BPM), digitalization, workflow and input management, or lean management.

• Self-reliance and initiative.

• Empathy and advisory skills at eye level.

• Creativity and solution orientation.

• Flexibility and mobility.

• Digital competence: Proficient in MS Office and capable of utilizing digital tools for project management.
