This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You analyze, enhance, and execute business processes emphasizing digitalization, automation, customer experience, workflow optimization, and agile organizational frameworks.
• You confidently lead client projects from the planning stage through to implementation, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• You identify new prospects, devise innovative solutions, and actively contribute to the development of our consulting portfolio.
• You assist in creating forward-thinking concepts that propel our clients forward.
• You cultivate long-term relationships with clients and partners while sustainably maintaining your professional network.
• You have completed vocational training as an insurance clerk and/or possess a degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Insurance/Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering, or a similar degree with a focus on insurance.
• You have 3–5 years of experience as a project manager within the insurance sector, preferably in a consulting firm or an insurance company.
• Ideally, you possess knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM), digitalization, workflow and input management, Lean Management, or process optimization.
• You have experience in insurance processes and comprehend how to design and implement complex workflows efficiently and sustainably.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or other qualifications in Operational Excellence and process management are advantageous and demonstrate your methodological proficiency.
• You work independently, manage your projects autonomously, and actively share your ideas.
• You understand the needs of our clients, provide collaborative advice, and build trusting relationships.
• You discover innovative solutions to complex challenges and execute them successfully.
• You appreciate the flexibility of mobile work from a home office (up to 100% of your working time) and are open to traveling to client sites.
• You are proficient in MS Office and have familiarity with digital tools for project management and presentations.
