Senior Consultant, Governance, Generative AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform maturity evaluations for Generative AI.

• Analyze processes to pinpoint opportunities for productivity enhancements.

• Evaluate risks associated with AI implementation (including Shadow AI, LGPD, and Security).

• Formulate corporate guidelines for the ethical use of AI.

• Establish governance frameworks and RACI matrices.

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide mentorship.

• Assist in defining the official AI technology stack.

• Create a corporate library of prompts.

• Set adoption KPIs and ROI measures.

• Develop a comprehensive strategic AI roadmap.

• Collaborate closely with executives, managers, and business units.

• Lead an initiative to implement Generative AI Governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Technology, Consulting, or Digital Transformation.

• Demonstrated experience in Generative AI initiatives.

• Experience collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams.

• Background in governance, corporate policy development, and training.

• Familiarity with ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI APIs.

• Understanding of Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, System Prompts, few-shot techniques, and structured outputs.

• Insight into AI Governance, Responsible AI, Shadow AI, and human-in-the-loop methodologies.

• Knowledge of LGPD, Information Security, DLP, and Access Management.

• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, APIs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), MCP, and AI agents.

• Experience with Power Automate, n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, and LangGraph is advantageous.
