Senior Consultant, Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead presales discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops for intricate opportunities.

• Transform customer goals and limitations into outcome-focused service strategies and scalable delivery methods.

• Take ownership of creating statements of work, which include scope, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and delivery factors.

• Collaborate with Sales on pricing strategies, scope adjustments, and value presentation for competitive, delivery-ready proposals.

• Design and facilitate workshops at the executive level and presales sessions.

• Present recommendations to senior stakeholders within the customer organization.

• Establish yourself as a credible and trusted GXG adviser early in the sales process.

• Mentor and guide presales and delivery consultants.

• Shape and refine presales methodologies, playbooks, and templates.

• Offer thought leadership to inform future GXG services and maintain presales consistency.

• Travel up to 30% to customer locations and internal meetings as required.

• Safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of Granicus information assets.

• Ensure data privacy and complete all necessary privacy training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or digital agencies.

• Proven leadership in presales, solution design, or services commercialization.

• Extensive experience in facilitating executive workshops and complex discovery initiatives.

• Capable of working autonomously with sound decision-making abilities.

• Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Experience with government, public sector, or destination organizations is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites and internal meetings.

• Ability to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Granicus information assets.

• Competence in ensuring employee and customer data privacy while completing required privacy training.

• Professional, organized, reliable, proactive, empathetic, curious, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
