This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead in-depth analysis of intricate operational, financial, and benchmarking data to pinpoint performance deficiencies, cost reduction possibilities, and actionable insights for clients.
• Create executive-level presentations and recommendations that foster operational enhancement, optimization of EVS, and measurable outcomes for clients.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, deliverables, and workstreams utilizing Vizient project management methodologies to guarantee effective execution of engagements.
• Conduct client meetings, working sessions, and presentations with both operational and executive leadership teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Environmental Services operations, covering both in-sourced and outsourced EVS models, labor strategies, and optimization of EVS supply.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients to manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure a superior client experience throughout all engagements.
• Discover opportunities to enhance client value through supplementary analyses, operational improvement projects, and subsequent consulting engagements.
• Collaborate with Principals and Engagement Leaders to aid in business development efforts and position solutions that align with client requirements.
• Assist in the creation of consulting tools, methodologies, standardized deliverables, and intellectual capital across the practice.
• Mentor consultants by providing coaching, sharing knowledge, and offering guidance on analytics, data storytelling, and client deliverables.
• Preferred relevant degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience required.
• Proven experience in supporting Environmental Services operations, initiatives, or consulting engagements is essential.
• Experience in leading or assisting with operational improvement, labor optimization, or cost-saving initiatives required.
• Background in acute care Environmental Services is preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare system, consulting firm, or client-facing consulting setting is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities, with a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights for both executive and operational audiences.
• Capability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and client relationships in a dynamic consulting environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly and swiftly throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and schedules.
