Senior Consultant – Epic Home Health/Hospice Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for Nordic clients.

• Utilize technical expertise for the individual client system configuration.

• Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively.

• Guide client project teams as needed regarding project and system build strategies.

• Monitor and document risks and challenges.

• Evaluate and document workflows meticulously.

• Collaborate closely with project leadership.

• Engage directly with Epic end users.

• Oversee workflows, offer documentation, and suggest optimization strategies.

• Facilitate meetings to discuss project status and coordinate ongoing work products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Epic.

• At least 1 active Epic certification (Home Health, Hospice, Dorothy, Comfort).

• Previous experience in project management is preferred.

• A minimum of two years’ Epic work experience post-certification.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Self-motivated individual capable of adhering to schedules and meeting deadlines.

• Highly flexible and adaptable to new project assignments.

• Requires a strong work ethic that respects others, fosters trust, and upholds organizational values.
