Senior Consultant, EIM Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist enterprise clients with the architecture of OpenText solutions, including the xECM Platform, and facilitate their migration to the cloud.

• Provide guidance to customers regarding the design, implementation, and migration of OpenText Content Management and CCM solutions, particularly in cloud environments.

• Perform comprehensive requirement analyses and assess business processes to identify appropriate EIM solutions.

• Develop solution concepts and create technical documentation, encompassing infrastructure and implementation plans.

• Support presales activities, manage technical escalations, and ensure alignment with customer needs.

• Counsel customers on industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience with ECM systems, ERP, or CRM.

• Strong proficiency in software development, including ABAP, .Net, or web technologies.

• Understanding of IT architecture, client/server systems, cloud technologies, and databases.

• Familiarity with OpenText products like Extended ECM and Archive Center is advantageous.

• Knowledge of SAP technologies, such as ECC, HANA, and SuccessFactors, is a plus.

• Experience working on projects within cloud environments.

• Understanding of containerization concepts.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
