This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee e-discovery projects from the initial collection phase through document production and deposition preparation.
• Cultivate client relationships and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement, escalating these prospects to Directors, VP, or Sales as appropriate.
• Mentor, train, and develop direct reports, focusing on their personal growth, team succession planning, client support, as well as project budgets and timelines.
• Educate project team attorneys on document review technology and best operational practices.
• Develop, monitor, and manage budget estimates for clients, ensuring compliance with designated budgetary constraints.
• Design and implement review workflows tailored to specific legal challenges, aimed at improving efficiency and minimizing costs.
• Incorporate new technologies and processes into current workflows.
• Collaborate with offshore teams in India to guarantee the seamless delivery of high-quality work products.
• Recognize and elevate legal and operational risks as necessary.
• A BA/BS degree from an accredited institution is required.
• A JD and current bar licensure are mandatory.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in independently managing document review projects from collection to production within a law firm or service provider setting.
• Technologically proficient, with a solid understanding of relevant industry platforms and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building client trust and engagement.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities concurrently.
