This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead or assist in the execution of various customer projects, serving as a subject matter expert in program delivery.
• Oversee the delivery of client requirements and manage the delivery team.
• Aid in the planning and mobilization of program work as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Conduct diagnostic and discovery activities, and prepare recommendations along with delivery plans for clients.
• Participate in essential program meetings, including kickoff sessions and the Program Board.
• Communicate with senior client stakeholders at critical milestones, such as during the Program Board meetings.
• Support delivery teams and offer guidance to consultants as necessary.
• Identify potential follow-up opportunities and escalate them through the Delivery Lead or Principal Consultants.
• Accountable for leading customer engagements and ensuring delivery within the approved internal resourcing model.
• Responsible for reporting on the financial status, ensuring that data in Kantata is current, and that the project stays within the agreed margin.
• Collaborate with Lead Principal Consultants on resourcing needs to facilitate successful program delivery.
• Contribute to Civiteq's strategic goals as required.
• Serve as an internal role model, advocate for our operational methodologies, and exemplify adherence to our internal policies.
• Build and maintain proactive, effective relationships with customers, partners, and vendors, creating commercially advantageous opportunities for the business.
• Work closely with Lead Principal Consultants and Directors to develop toolkits, methodologies, case studies, thought leadership, and collateral that will set the organization apart.
• Provide skills transfer and formal training in specialized areas.
• Maintain relationships with senior client personnel, including program directors and Senior Responsible Owners (SROs) where applicable.
• Capability to create, manage, and implement strategies for complex engagements.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, comfortable in customer-facing situations.
• Proven ability to lead a team, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across various workstreams.
• Clear and articulate communicator, able to demonstrate knowledge and credibility at senior levels, including presenting to high-level client stakeholders and Program Boards.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and delivering strategic projects or programs within complex digital transformation settings.
• Experience in leading full end-to-end programs or managing significant workstreams.
• Background in managing multi-stakeholder transformation delivery within consulting contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to take a leading role in key solution presentations and effectively address client objections.
• Experience in cultivating and managing relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Our program management methodology necessitates experience contributing to delivery across five essential stages within complex digital transformation environments, including enterprise-wide digital, data, and technology programs operating within multi-program or portfolio-led frameworks.
• Candidates are expected to showcase strong experience in either Waterfall or Agile delivery, along with practical knowledge of both methodologies, particularly within cloud, SaaS, and data-led transformation initiatives.
• Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 per year
