This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform Cloud Red Team Blue Team (CRTBT) engagements as a Red Teamer, utilizing cloud-centric adversary emulation techniques against client environments.
• Collaborate closely with customers to gain insights into their current cloud security measures and detection capabilities.
• Apply expertise to mimic realistic threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) that challenge and assess customer defenses.
• Oversee engagements from initiation to report delivery.
• Identify opportunities for long-term enhancements to the CRTBT framework that refine adversary emulation practices and empower clients to detect, prevent, and recover from cloud-based breaches.
• 2-3 years of experience in red team consulting services or managed security service provider (MSSP) roles.
• Strong expertise in one or more public cloud platforms (typically AWS, Azure infrastructure, Microsoft Entra ID/M365 & GCP).
• 1-2 years of experience in conducting Red Team Blue Team or Purple Team exercises.
• Over 5 years of overall cybersecurity industry experience, ideally in hands-on roles such as penetration testing, adversary emulation, security automation, etc.
• Proficiency in scripting, automation, and tool development to facilitate adversary emulation operations, optimize engagement workflows, and build or enhance custom red team capabilities.
• Experience in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with mid-level managers and executives at client organizations.
• Background in customer-facing project management with a strong focus on customer service.
• Experience in implementing information security programs across areas such as endpoint security, cloud security, network security, threat intelligence, or security operations centers is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment while managing competing priorities and maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven history of technical and creative problem-solving, combined with analytical skills for quick problem resolution.
