Senior Consultant – Chemical Regulatory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee, guide, and enhance the team of regulatory consultants located internationally, involved in global notification services (approximately 10 - 15 staff)

• Manage intricate multi-client projects focused on the execution of new and evolving chemical management regulations.

• Offer comprehensive regulatory expertise and technical guidance on global regulations, including EU REACH, UK REACH, K-REACH, KKDIK, TSCA, and other significant international frameworks

• Collaborate closely with the scientific consultancy team to guarantee a smooth and efficient service delivery to clients

• In partnership with the Business Unit Lead and essential members of the Business Unit, implement growth strategies to achieve performance aligned with corporate aims and objectives

• Ensure that Project Management and Resource Allocation are consistently enhanced, fostered, and effectively utilized across the team

• Spearhead advocacy and thought leadership initiatives to support and advise external stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in effectively leading a team of international regulatory professionals within the industry or consultancy for at least 5 years

• Strong understanding of global chemical supply chain regulations; ideally within Yordas’ specific areas of operation (e.g., EU/UK REACH, GHS, BPR, TSCA, Medical Devices, etc.)

• Exceptional project management skills

• Proven experience in key account management

• Significant background in enterprise & resource planning and change management

• Strong commercial and financial insight with P&L or budgetary responsibilities

• Background in advocacy and thought leadership
