Senior Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the design, testing, and deployment of the NICE CXone AI software platform.

• Implement the NICE Proactive AI Agent along with Cognigy and Omilia software solutions.

• Create features and products for NICE Cognigy and Proactive AI.

• Conduct unit testing, perform code reviews, and resolve defects identified during the QA process.

• Provide support for the production environment and collaborate with other developers in a team setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in CCaaS and/or UC environments.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in building and deploying ML or NLP systems, with a focus on LLM-based or Generative AI solutions.

• 3 or more years of software development experience, which includes design, custom and standard coding (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++), as well as testing of real-time systems.

• Proficient in Python and possess strong software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, testing, CI/CD, Git, containers).

• Practical experience with modern ML/LLM tools such as PyTorch or TensorFlow; LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases like Pinecone, Azure AI Search, FAISS, along with AI Agents.

• Familiarity with enterprise-level CCaaS architecture tailored for complex business requirements.

• Experience in network infrastructure.

• A team player with the capability to mentor fellow team members.
