📋 Description

• Exhibits a combination of project/team collaboration and technical proficiency

• Familiarity with the primary research methodologies utilized at Lumanity

• Comprehends the collaborative dynamics among various functions at Lumanity

• Analyzes the evolving landscape at Lumanity and its implications for the HEOR team

• Specifies how the HEOR team aligns with the overarching organizational strategy

• Oversees technical delivery workstreams for intricate projects

• Serves as the primary daily contact for clients regarding projects

• Directs the project team and their tasks to ensure timely and quality delivery

• Engages in business development efforts, including project scope definition and proposal formulation

• Holds responsibility for meeting revenue and utilization objectives

• Provides support for thought leadership as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree is mandatory

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience

• Must exhibit strong and collaborative communication skills

• Focuses on results and meets deadlines

• Demonstrates robust critical thinking abilities

• Champions innovation and consistently delivers excellence

• Possesses strong skills and proven consulting expertise in at least one of the following areas: - Health Economics - HEOR-related Statistics - HEOR / HTA Strategy - Evidence Review and/or Synthesis - HEOR Expert Elicitation / Stakeholder Engagement - Value Communication

• Awareness of new innovations and technical advancements within the organization and HEOR functions
