Senior Consultant – AI Transformation, Decision Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead AI-driven transformation projects across intricate business sectors.

• Gather, analyze, and document AI use cases, requirements, and business demands.

• Oversee comprehensive process redesign, incorporating AI capabilities to boost efficiency and decision-making.

• Design and facilitate the implementation of AI-enhanced decision models that integrate both human and machine inputs.

• Play a key role in the delivery and deployment of AI components in production settings.

• Assist in the integration of AI services within enterprise architectures, including cloud solutions (e.g., Azure).

• Conduct data-driven analyses with a strong emphasis on data quality, integrity, and governance.

• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including business units, IT, data teams, and external partners.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, governance, and security frameworks.

• Provide structured business analysis support across data, process, and AI transformation efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in AI-driven transformation programs (including GenAI, Machine Learning, or Decision Intelligence).

• Experience in redesigning end-to-end business processes utilizing AI.

• Proficiency in eliciting and documenting AI-related requirements and use cases.

• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions into production environments.

• Experience in integrating AI services within enterprise ecosystems (e.g., Azure AI, data platforms).

• Skilled in performing data analysis with a strong focus on data quality and governance.

• Ability to design complex decision-making processes that blend human and AI contributions.

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML principles and enterprise AI architectures.

• Expertise in decision intelligence and process optimization.
