Senior Consultant, AI & Knowledge Strategy

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and governance of an Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) knowledge management ecosystem, guaranteeing that methodologies, tools, and best practices are effectively documented and preserved.

• Develop and implement AI-driven tools, agents, and workflows that enhance knowledge accessibility, boost consulting productivity, and ensure consistent delivery.

• Foster scalable consulting delivery by utilizing standardized toolkits, governance frameworks, and reusable assets across various markets.

• Collaborate with consulting teams across EurAsia to transform project insights, client feedback, and market intelligence into AI-compatible content and reusable knowledge resources.

• Assist healthcare transformation initiatives through analytics, business case formulation, and consulting expertise for hospitals and health systems.

• Encourage the utilization of knowledge assets, AI capabilities, and best practices among consulting and commercial teams, enhancing efficiency and quality of delivery on a large scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• At least 5 years of consulting experience, encompassing strategy development, implementation, and delivery of results.

• Proven experience in developing or managing knowledge management frameworks, digital platforms, or reusable consulting methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to apply AI, automation, or digital solutions to enhance business processes, knowledge management, or consulting delivery.

• Strong project management skills, including stakeholder engagement, planning, risk management, and oversight of delivery.

• Proficient in professional English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
