Senior Consultant, AI Enablement

📋 Description

• Acquire a robust understanding of Escalent group's products, tools, solutions, and technological roadmap, using this knowledge as a foundation for AI initiatives connected to company workflows and offerings.

• Showcase the ability to correlate findings and recommendations with the intended business impact.

• Communicate findings and recommendations while detailing the approach and rationale to various business teams as required.

• Contribute to Escalent's ongoing AI upskilling initiatives by generating ideas, creating materials, and leading training sessions.

• Organize and facilitate demos, show-and-tells, and lunch-and-learns for both internal and external audiences to promote products/features/agents, address questions, encourage adoption, and collect constructive feedback.

• Demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for AI and innovation, remaining informed about the latest developments, trends, product/model launches, and their potential influence on Escalent's AI strategy, approach, and roadmap.

• Respond to internal inquiries regarding AI, innovation, and automation tools/techniques/approaches to ensure teams understand when and how to use AI effectively, efficiently, and ethically, which tools/features/products/agents to leverage, and where to avoid missteps.

• Identify pertinent AI and innovation tools for various use cases through desk research and internal outreach.

• Collaborate with different tool vendors to comprehend functional possibilities, assess use case applicability, and evaluate commercial viability.

• Work alongside Compliance and IT teams to vet and authorize specific tools for testing and trials.

• Design a trial program and obtain licenses for testing purposes.

• Collaborate with domain, functional, and corporate teams to evaluate various tools for their effectiveness and added value.

• Create, maintain, and enhance documentation related to AI processes, guidelines, and protocols.

• Develop self-learning materials on in-house and approved third-party tools, including tool one-pagers, usage decision flowcharts, SharePoint pages, and content.

• Where applicable, co-develop the development/implementation and scaling plan in partnership with technology, development, and product teams.

• When feasible, take a hands-on approach with low-code, no-code, or vibe-code agent development tools/environments to create the tool or agent.

• Design and co-implement alpha and beta testing plans, as well as internal and external rollout roadmaps, to ensure controlled testing, scaled launches, robust adoption, and ongoing improvement.

• Serve as an alpha tester, focusing on identifying weaknesses in the product/feature/agent to ensure comprehensive stress-testing under various edge cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience delivering Market Research & Insights engagements across various industries, with a focus on international markets.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must Have: hands-on experience with AI and innovative tools, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

• Big Plus: experience with low-code/no-code/vibe-code agent development and collaboration with technical, development, and product teams.

• Proven experience in leading project-based engagements and presenting findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Strong background in internal process innovation and automation.

• Some familiarity with cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives.
