• Create, develop, and launch insurance products for distribution on the INSTANDA platform (training will be provided; no advanced coding skills necessary).
• Assist in the design and creation of reusable integrations to improve the functionality of the INSTANDA platform.
• Provide pre-sales support by participating in detailed workshops, managing the configuration of feature-targeted demonstrations, and aiding in the initial project scoping and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for potential clients.
• Engage in design and discovery workshops alongside clients and stakeholders. Support Business Analysts during workshops, stakeholder interviews, and in analyzing client documentation.
• Help configure proof-of-concept demonstrations during the elaboration phase to display potential solutions.
• Diligently capture, understand, define, and document business requirements, including configuration design, to ensure accurate project estimates are generated.
• Work in collaboration with client delivery and engineering teams to assist in the design and approval of new features, including third-party integrations for data enrichment and reporting.
• Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for INSTANDA configurations and new functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with the Learning & Development team to create and implement training programs for clients and users on our SaaS product, ensuring a smooth transition of configurations to the business.
• Take a proactive stance in troubleshooting, providing assistance to both Support and Product Engineering teams.
• Be prepared for potential travel to client sites during design and discovery phases, as well as during UAT and go-live activities, as required by the client.
• Follow INSTANDA’s information security policies, guidelines, and best practices to safeguard our company and clients.
• Foster a culture of security awareness within the organization.
• More than 5 years of experience as a Senior Configuration Analyst or 2-5 years as a Business or Systems Analyst for SaaS software solutions, preferably with INSTANDA or a similar SaaS competitor.
• At least 2 years of experience in an IT client-facing role within delivery/operations.
• Demonstrated experience with SaaS-based products, ideally within the insurance or financial sectors.
• Highly skilled in Excel, with significant experience in formulas, lookups, and various functionalities (excluding VBA).
• Familiarity with third-party integrations, especially focused on RESTful services.
• Conceptual knowledge of UI/UX design principles, along with a basic understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Additional scripting experience, such as Python, is advantageous.
• Proven ability to handle competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and prioritization when managing multiple project deliverables.
• Proven capability to draft business requirements that encapsulate clients’ key criteria and align them with commercial and technical considerations, which is vital for success.
• Proficiency in producing detailed design documents that accurately represent the configuration of client requirements within the INSTANDA platform.
• Shown ability to apply logical reasoning to formulate and implement effective solutions, ensuring client requirements are meticulously configured within the INSTANDA platform.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in clear, everyday language.

• Experience in working with insurance clients is essential for success in this role, and we welcome various areas of specialization.

• A degree in Actuarial Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is considered advantageous.
• Experience with insurance product design, e-trading, or Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) guidelines.
• Experience in stakeholder management or workshop facilitation.
