This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Oversee intricate investigations of policy issues reported through the open reporting system.
• Collaborate with the legal investigations team on investigations that are legally privileged.
• Provide consistent updates regarding the status of cases to business stakeholders.
• Execute prompt, comprehensive, and complex investigations, which include interviewing concern raisers, witnesses, and subjects, evaluating risk, reviewing documentation, and making recommendations or corrective actions within the investigation context.
• Draft high-quality written reports of the investigations that offer a clear and logical narrative of the allegations, investigative activities performed, key findings, and conclusions, ensuring that conclusions are evidence-based.
• Deliver briefings to senior leaders on investigative issues as needed.
• Monitor assigned open cases to guarantee timely and compliant closure, adhering to established guidelines.
• Conduct investigations beyond your immediate region as necessary.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Ombuds, and other functions to identify and analyze investigation trends and corrective actions.
• In conjunction with Labor & Employment, comprehend and apply relevant legal and policy requirements related to the conduct of investigations, including areas involving employee interviews and pertinent labor and employment regulations.
• Extensive experience in compliance, legal, investigations, audit, or human resources.
• Demonstrated experience managing an active caseload of more than 10 cases, with proven ability to prioritize cases independently.
• Experience in conducting or partnering on legally privileged investigations.
• Language proficiency in the region is required, and fluency in English is mandatory.
• Exceptional personal integrity with a proven track record of handling confidential matters discreetly and respectfully.
• Pensione Integrativa (Cometa): All levels are eligible except for executives. Employer contribution: 2% (2.2% if under 35). Employee contribution: 1.2%. Calculation base: gross monthly salary.

• Trasferta: Only for the Troia (FG) site, Agrigento, biz Onshore Wind Service – allowance of 20% of the daily salary for days spent away from the usual workplace that require overnight stays outside the province of residence.
