This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and manage incentive programs.
• Provide guidance and support for the design, implementation, and evaluation of incentive plans.
• Create and execute incentive plans that drive desired outcomes.
• Assist in plan governance by producing quarterly analytics and reports for business leaders.
• Lead the design of incentive plans to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's business objectives and talent strategy.
• Translate strategic objectives into market-competitive programs.
• Conduct evaluations of plan effectiveness and analyze incentive performance data on a quarterly basis.
• Support automation efforts to streamline reporting and enhance existing communication processes.
• Develop forecasting and reporting models to aid Finance and Accounting with new design elements.
• Offer guidance to Compensation Leadership regarding plan design.
• Establish procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and minimize risks.
• Oversee the communication strategy to guarantee that plans are well understood by the field organization.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in advanced Excel.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
• 3 or more years of experience in data analysis or analytics.
• 3 or more years of experience in modeling.
• Previous project management experience, overseeing large-scale projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and implementations to enhance the organization.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization dedicated to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.
• Prior experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Varicent.
• Experience in the Healthcare Industry.
