This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Design and manage a variety of compensation programs, which encompass pay-for-performance initiatives, salary structure design and modeling, complex costing scenarios, and incentive plans.
• Perform job analysis, market analysis, and reviews of pay and classification.
• Ensure that pay structures are competitive, equitable, and cost-efficient.
• Formulate compensation recommendations and perform costing assessments.
• Interpret regulatory guidelines and collective bargaining agreements pertaining to compensation matters.
• Aid in the creation of internal policies and standards related to compensation programs.
• Carry out data collection and analysis for special projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation, including data collection and analysis, a solid understanding of compensation systems, wage and hour laws, and exempt classifications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare settings (preferred).
• Background in a unionized environment (preferred).
