Store Development Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and develop the pipeline for store expansion within the COSE region;

• Collaborate with CDRs and commercial teams to ensure alignment with the strategic objectives;

• Perform economic feasibility studies for new store opening initiatives;

• Prepare and present proposals for approval from investment committees;

• Track the timeline for store openings;

• Facilitate weekly meetings regarding the pipeline with stakeholders;

• Act as a liaison between departments (commercial, operations, and expansion) to ensure effective execution;

• Assist in portfolio development and the growth of the store network;

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required (non-negotiable);

• Openness to travel;

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level;

• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting;

• Preferred: knowledge of economic and financial feasibility;

• Preferred: experience in the fuel, retail, or franchise industries.
