Junior Consultant – Skill Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in projects involving OneStream solutions, taking part in various stages of the implementation lifecycle.

• Execute requirements gathering and provide post-go-live support.

• Help to align clients' business requirements with the best practices in technology.

• Collaborate effectively with functional, technical, and business teams.

• Take part in developing scalable and well-structured solutions that meet clients' strategic goals.

• Assist in requirements elicitation, functional design, solution configuration, technical development, testing, training, and initial post-production support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Familiarity with at least one of the following technologies: Visual Basic (VB.NET), .NET, C#.

• Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving and comprehending functional requirements.

• Capability to create both technical and functional documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Organizational skills to monitor and report on activities undertaken.

• Dedication to meeting deadlines and ensuring the quality of deliverables.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments with a commitment to ongoing learning.

• Knowledge of SQL, ETL, or data integration is desirable.

• Previous experience in corporate projects is a plus.

• Understanding of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools and solutions is preferred.

• Enthusiasm for technical development and automation within the OneStream platform is desirable.
