Principal Consultant – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to gain insights into their business needs, objectives, and technical specifications.

• Design and propose customized backup and recovery architectures and solutions utilizing Cohesity Data Protect.

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Cohesity Data Protect environments for clients.

• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues during and after deployment.

• Deliver professional and prompt technical support and consultation to clients.

• Aid in the design and implementation of backup strategies for containerized environments.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

• Significant hands-on experience with Cohesity Data Protect in professional services or client-facing positions.

• Proven expertise in Windows and Linux administration.

• Established history of working with VMware and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Familiarity with container-based technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker.
