This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and uphold the organization's job and salary framework, ensuring regular updates to tables, ranges, policies, and criteria for internal movements;
• Conduct salary analyses to guide decisions regarding promotions, job classifications, and adjustments, suggesting alternatives that align with compensation guidelines and the company budget;
• Oversee annual merit, promotion, and salary calibration cycles to ensure consistency, equity, and compliance with internal policies;
• Execute market surveys and benchmarking studies to uncover opportunities for enhancing compensation competitiveness and support policy revision proposals;
• Maintain and revise job descriptions throughout the organization, assisting leaders in clearly articulating responsibilities, requirements, and scope of positions;
• Aid in the design and review of Variable Compensation policies (ICP, bonuses, commissions) and incentive programs, enhancing the impact of recognition mechanisms;
• Create and sustain HR metrics, structure databases, and develop management and executive dashboards that convert data into actionable insights for decision-making;
• Assist in identifying, developing, and implementing automations and AI-driven solutions for HR processes, contributing to the evolution and scalability of the area;
• Suggest ongoing enhancements to compensation and data management practices, policies, and processes, with a holistic perspective and results-oriented focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Psychology, Information Systems, or related fields;
• Demonstrated experience in Compensation, Job & Salary Structuring, and organizational analysis;
• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets;
• Experience in creating dashboards and metrics using BI tools (Looker Studio or similar);
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, discern trends, and generate insights to facilitate decision-making.
