Senior Communications Writer

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive messaging frameworks (what, why, how) for Total Rewards initiatives.

• Craft high-quality program communications, including emails to employees, announcements, and guidance for managers.

• Design toolkits and talking points for managers to facilitate effective communication cascades.

• Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels, touchpoints, and international markets.

• Collaborate with project managers and creative teams to realize communication strategies and narratives.

• Simplify and translate complex subjects such as benefits, compensation, performance, and development into clear and engaging content.

• Proven experience in supporting HR, Total Rewards, or internal communications within large organizations.

• Capability to balance strategic thought with hands-on content creation.
