This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of clear, consistent, and compliant communications that facilitate the effective implementation of the national Gold Card program.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and training teams across relevant functional areas to ensure that providers and internal stakeholders receive accurate, timely, and easily understandable information in line with program policies and workflows.
• Create and distribute communication materials.
• Oversee the review and approval process of communication materials with internal subject matter experts, as well as training, compliance, and marketing departments.
• Develop, review, and revise materials while ensuring they are appropriate in content and easy to read.
• Develop, revise, monitor, and manage content changes.
• Stay informed about federal and state regulatory requirements for communication materials.
• Coordinate with external vendors for the translation of communication materials.
• Develop, coordinate approval, and distribute employee communications.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a writer/editor or technical writer is required.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
