This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation of B2C marketing campaigns designed to enhance awareness, consideration, and demand for Glo2Facial among consumers.
• Generate educational and motivational content that encourages consumers to actively seek Glo2Facial treatments and partner providers.
• Assist in patient acquisition and retention strategies through email, SMS, paid media, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
• Develop persuasive consumer messaging that highlights treatment benefits, outcomes, differentiation, and brand positioning.
• Collaborate with Social Media teams to synchronize paid, organic, influencer, and promotional efforts to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Support consumer-centric promotions, seasonal campaigns, treatment awareness initiatives, and product launches.
• Evaluate consumer behavior, campaign performance, and engagement metrics to refine messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies.
• Contribute to shaping the customer journey from initial awareness through consideration, appointment booking, treatment experience, and loyalty.
• Produce and refine engaging copy for email, SMS, websites, digital advertising, landing pages, and campaign materials while adhering to Geneo's brand voice and clinical credibility.
• Craft high-impact copy for paid media channels including Google, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.
• Generate content that caters to both consumer education and provider engagement.
• Implement AEO and GEO best practices to enhance visibility on search engines, AI-driven search experiences, and generative answer platforms.
• Uphold strong editorial standards across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Facilitate provider-facing marketing initiatives, sales enablement materials, promotional campaigns, and practice growth strategies.
• Create collateral, email campaigns, and communications that assist providers in effectively marketing Glo2Facial within their operations.
• Collaborate with Sales to bolster lead generation efforts, nurture programs, and provider communications.
• Aid in trade marketing initiatives, educational campaigns, and communications for industry events.
• Manage HubSpot workflows, automation, segmentation, and nurture campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences.
• Design and implement email and SMS campaigns that enhance engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Assist with lead management, MQL tracking, and sales alignment strategies.
• Create reporting dashboards and assess campaign, funnel, and customer performance metrics.
• Convert marketing data into actionable insights that enhance campaign performance and customer engagement.
• Aid in the development of campaign messaging, brand narratives, and external communications.
• Write and update website content that reflects ongoing campaigns, products, and brand initiatives.
• Develop internal communications that include product launches, campaign updates, and organizational announcements.
• Support communications for events, activations, and experiential marketing efforts.
• Maintain press materials, fact sheets, brand resources, and marketing assets.
• Track industry trends, consumer behavior, competitive activities, and cultural moments to uncover opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, communications, or a related area.
• Proven track record in developing B2C marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and demand generation.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with the capacity to adapt messaging for both consumer and professional audiences.
• Experience in creating marketing content across email, SMS, websites, landing pages, digital advertising, and campaign materials.
• Familiarity with supporting paid media initiatives across platforms such as Google, Meta, Pinterest, or similar channels.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, automation, segmentation, email marketing, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
• Capability to analyze marketing performance metrics and convert data into actionable recommendations.
• Well-organized with strong project management and time management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with marketing, sales, events, social media, and leadership teams.
