Senior Communications Business Partner – Operational Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in internal communications for lean, quality, and customer solutions initiatives.

• Collaborate with operational excellence leaders to create clear messaging and content that aligns with business priorities.

• Aid in identifying and developing customer stories that illustrate the effects of operational excellence on performance and value creation.

• Produce executive-ready communication materials, including talking points, presentations, newsletters, and campaign content.

• Work with the wider communications team to ensure that messaging is cohesive and timely.

• Support significant moments, milestones, and employee engagement initiatives related to continuous improvement and quality.

• Enhance awareness and understanding of operational excellence priorities among a global workforce.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of communications and identify areas for improvement in clarity and outreach.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 6 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar field.

• Preferably experienced in supporting operational, technical, industrial, or customer-facing teams.

• Exceptional writing and content development abilities.

• Capability to work across functions and foster strong relationships with leaders and team members.

• Strong judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Experience in a matrixed, global organization is preferred.
