Senior Commercial Solar Performance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assess alerts while providing informed recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Generate and monitor service tickets to address system discrepancies and assist field service technicians.

• Facilitate communication with clients and customers, addressing escalated issues effectively.

• Integrate new assets into Omnidian’s platforms, ensuring that technical specifications are recorded accurately.

• Create performance reports for designated clients and portfolios.

• Support performance modeling and offer technical assistance to the sales team.

• Engage in identifying and documenting best practices within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial monitoring.

• Strong knowledge of solar technology, monitoring systems, and maintenance practices.

• Familiarity with solar monitoring DAS platforms and their alert systems.

• Experience conducting energy simulations using platforms like PV systems is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, G Suite, and CRM software.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and effectively prioritizing tasks.
