This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Conduct inspections and maintenance on air-conditioning and HVAC systems to guarantee optimal performance.
• Identify and rectify mechanical and electrical issues in heating and cooling systems.
• Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC apparatus, including thermostatic controls and fluid lines.
• Service refrigeration systems such as refrigerators, ice machines, gas packs, and heat pumps.
• Manage chilled and hot water supply systems while adjusting internal control mechanisms.
• Assemble and install metal ductwork and contribute to the planning and design of HVAC systems.
• Keep meticulous maintenance records to ensure adherence to City, State, and EPA regulations.
• Recognize and mitigate risks to uphold a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with management to promote safety and operational standards.
• Deliver expert-level, high-quality commercial HVAC services in the field.
• Over 8 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.
• Capability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Possession of EPA Universal certification.
• Ability to stand, crawl, sit, squat for extended durations, climb ladders, and work on rooftops.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid and up-to-date driver’s license.
• Must meet the insurability criteria set by the company’s insurance provider.
• Basic knowledge of building automation controls.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and ServiceMax is advantageous.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with air- or water-cooled chillers.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Access to a 401k plan.

• On-call scheduling with rotations every 7-8 weeks in most locations.
