Senior C#.NET Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Design and develop applications that fulfill both functional and business requirements.

• Collaborate with fellow senior engineers in a dynamic and challenging environment.

• Maintain the seamless operation of existing systems, infrastructure, and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in C#, .NET 10 (including web applications and web services), and RESTful APIs.

• Solid understanding of OOP design principles, microservice architecture, SQL/T-SQL, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Consultative mindset with strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Fluent and proactive in utilizing AI coding assistants/AI-enabled engineering tools to maximize software development efficiency and ensure high-quality code production and reviews (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.).

• Commitment to continuous improvement in engineering—enhancing the team's speed, quality, and standards.

• Quick learner, self-motivated, proactive, and capable of generating innovative solutions.

• Ability to independently work on projects and solution designs as well as collaborate within a larger team; contribute ideas and engage in discussions with our business teams.

• Proficiency in English and Czech/Slovak (both written and spoken) at a communicative level is essential.

• Enthusiasm for acquiring new technologies and participating in exciting projects!

• Familiarity with Azure Cloud, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and agile programming methodologies is a plus.

• Desirable: Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
