This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assisting operations for the Japanese market by addressing critical technical challenges and maintaining cloud system security.
• Serving as a technical advocate, enhancing our global team's skills through mentorship and in-depth knowledge sharing.
• Functioning as the primary point of contact to proactively assess and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborating closely with various internal teams to effectively drive resolutions to problems.
• Supporting Japanese-speaking clients and facilitating intricate commercial discussions in Japanese.
• Possess relevant experience in a similar Cloud Support position.
• Have a comprehension of cloud provider ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, etc.
• Understand networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, as well as VPN and Proxies.
• Exhibit experience with layer 3 and 4 technologies.
• Demonstrate a natural ability to engage, influence, and develop trusted relationships with customers in challenging environments.
• Hold native fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English to convey complex technical concepts in both languages within their cultural contexts.
