• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across various platforms such as Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Purview, Box, and Cisco Email Security.
• Oversee and enhance enterprise cloud and SaaS services to guarantee reliability, performance, and availability.
• Automate the provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud resources.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions to proactively detect and resolve performance issues and service interruptions.
• Assist with data governance and compliance efforts, including the management of tools like Microsoft Purview.
• Engage in incident response, root cause analysis, and the ongoing improvement of operational processes.
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory standards, and governance protocols.
• Utilize tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence for task tracking, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to and maintain cloud architecture standards, infrastructure guidelines, and operational best practices.
• Mentor and provide technical support to junior engineers.
• Keep clear and accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support 24/7 infrastructure operations.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in IT or cloud engineering.
• Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in Azure, AWS, and cloud infrastructure architecture.
• Comprehensive understanding of networking, identity management, and SaaS integrations.
• Knowledgeable in data governance, compliance, and information lifecycle management within cloud environments.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity practices.
• Awareness of information security frameworks, certifications, and audits.
• Strong documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to take ownership of work, embrace challenges and recognize growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes.
