• Design, develop, and implement applications and solutions based on AWS.

• Leverage AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and Step Functions.

• Create and manage ETL/data integration workflows utilizing AWS tools such as AWS Glue.

• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with CloudFormation or Terraform.

• Establish CI/CD pipelines using AWS tools like CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.

• Adhere to security best practices including IAM, encryption, and compliance standards.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance performance through CloudWatch and logging tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate with external APIs.

• Keep abreast of AWS best practices, new features, and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an AWS Developer or Cloud Engineer.

• Strong understanding of AWS services, cloud architecture, and DevOps methodologies.

• Proficiency in Python and experience with ETL/data processing techniques.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipeline processes.

• Knowledge of AWS security protocols, networking, and SQL/database management.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Possession of AWS certifications: Developer Associate or Solutions Architect.

• Background in healthcare or federal environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with ETL tools, REST APIs, and SaaS integrations like ServiceNow, Jira, or Pega.

• Experience with big data, machine learning, or support for legacy systems.

• Knowledge of x12 and healthcare transactions related to claims processing.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
