Senior Cloud Engineer – DevOps, DevSecOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain reusable Terraform and Ansible modules for Azure and GCP.

• Construct and manage scalable, secure environments in Azure and GCP.

• Create and enhance Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment.

• Incorporate vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and compliance assessments into CI/CD workflows.

• Contribute to the development of basic portal application code.

• Implement proactive monitoring solutions with Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, and Grafana.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams during agile ceremonies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Azure and GCP cloud architecture and automation.

• Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kubernetes.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.

• Familiarity with security frameworks, including FedRAMP, FIPS, and CIS Benchmarks.

• Experience in container security, image scanning, and supply chain security.

• Proficient in scripting languages: Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

• Comfortable at the application level: experience in building or maintaining portal-style web applications (modern JS/TS frontend and a REST backend).

• Working knowledge of AI-first development: regular utilization of AI coding assistants.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, network, and application layers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
