Senior Cloud Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Take charge of our Azure Infrastructure by designing WWF's Azure environment.

• Ensure Security & Identity management by setting up Microsoft Entra tenants and overseeing SSO via Azure Enterprise Apps.

• Act as our Safety Net through the development of backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.

• Maintain Connectivity by resolving networking issues across VNETs, sites, and tenants.

• Serve as the Go-To Expert for complex Azure and M365 challenges.

• Be available When It Matters for occasional after-hours or weekend work during critical outages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field AND a minimum of 8 years of professional experience (including at least 6 years in IT).

• MUST HAVE proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.

• Experience in managing large-scale enterprise IT systems.

• Extensive hands-on experience with highly available and resilient Azure production systems.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, cloud architecture, cloud networking, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and both Windows and Linux servers.

• Proficient in managing Windows domains and Active Directory.

• Expertise in utilizing PowerShell and Graph API for Azure management, workflow automation, and deployment orchestration.

• Familiarity with provisioning and managing access for technologies like Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Foundry.

• Experience with integrating Microsoft Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Agents into enterprise Azure/M365 environments, including data access control configuration and governance.

• Significant experience in building, deploying, and managing virtual machines in Azure from the ground up.

• Proven track record of applying structured thinking to diagnose complex cloud or hybrid system issues and create scalable, sustainable solutions.

• Well-developed methodologies for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
