• Develop and deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) primarily using Terraform, with expertise in ARM/Bicep and AWS CloudFormation to standardize cloud provisioning, enforce configuration governance, and facilitate repeatable, version-controlled deployments.

• Construct and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions and GitHub as the primary version control system to automate the processes of building, testing, and deploying, in alignment with product delivery timelines.

• Establish extensive monitoring, observability, and incident response capabilities leveraging Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Datadog, and Prometheus to maintain enterprise SLAs, identify anomalies, and promote continuous reliability enhancements.

• Oversee Azure infrastructure fundamentals including subscriptions, tenants, VNets, VWAN, Network Security Groups, and firewalls to create secure, scalable, and compliant cloud foundations.

• Propel cloud cost optimization through FinOps practices by utilizing Azure Cost Management and AWS Cost Explorer to right-size resources, implement governance frameworks, and eradicate waste across the enterprise.

• Implement security and compliance standards across cloud environments in collaboration with the CISO, applying IAM controls, network segmentation, encryption, and zero-trust architecture aligned with SOC 2, FedRAMP, and CMMC requirements.

• Act as MBI's primary technical liaison with Microsoft Azure and AWS, managing vendor relations, coordinating architecture reviews, and aligning the cloud roadmap with provider capabilities and strategic initiatives.

• Develop automation scripts and tools in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to enhance infrastructure deployment, system integration, and DevOps workflows.

• In-depth expertise in Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, Azure Resource Manager/Bicep, and AWS CloudFormation, with proven proficiency in modular design, state management, and environment promotion strategies.

• Proficient in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.

• Strong scripting and coding skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell for automation, system integration, and the development of DevOps workflows.

• Established experience with cloud security implementations including IAM, zero-trust architecture, network segmentation, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, FedRAMP).

• Familiarity with cloud cost management, FinOps practices, and cloud governance frameworks at an enterprise level.

• Proficient with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including CTO-level executives.

• Preferred: Practical experience with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS), Docker, and container orchestration in production settings.

• Preferred: Experience in building and managing cloud infrastructure for AI/ML workloads, including GPU compute, vector databases, and model serving pipelines.

• Preferred: Experience with platform engineering practices and the development of internal developer platforms (IDP).
