📋 Description

• Oversee the operations of clinical trials, assisting your team and stakeholders in achieving high-quality results within our clinical programs.

• Coordinate the management of clinical trials, addressing issues as they arise and enhancing team capabilities.

• Supervise the clinical budget to guarantee effective resource distribution.

• Create monitoring plans and tools to ensure comprehensive oversight of studies.

• Provide training and mentorship to Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to enhance their effectiveness.

• Propel enrollment efforts and manage study initiation activities, while adhering to established timelines.

• Evaluate trip reports and apply corrective and preventative action plans when necessary.

• Cultivate strong relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management role within a CRO or Pharmaceutical Organization.

• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or a related field of study.

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in clinical trial management.

• 2+ years of monitoring experience is preferred.

• Experience managing complex or global trials is considered advantageous (preferred).

• Proficiency in overseeing all aspects of trials from start-up to database lock is preferred.

• Experience in coaching or mentoring other Clinical Trial Managers, leading CTM teams, and engaging in departmental initiatives is preferred.

• Availability to travel as required (around 25%).
