📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of clinical trial management activities, empowering your team to achieve high-quality results.

• Organize and supervise all facets of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with trial investigators and key stakeholders.

• Ensure that all trials are conducted in accordance with local, national, and international regulations as well as ethical standards.

• Tackle challenges and make pivotal decisions related to trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, science, or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• Proven ability to drive the clinical outcomes of a study.

• Expertise in the specific therapeutic area assigned.

• Previous monitoring experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

• Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Trial Manager experience in Global CRO or Pharmaceutical companies.

• Required: Experience as an Oncology Clinical Trial Manager.
