Senior Clinical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver direct clinical services, including diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention to patients utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Offer support for Six Bridges, a program focused on adolescent substance use treatment.

• Operate under the guidance of the Clinical Therapist Supervisor, Program Manager, and/or Clinic Medical Director.

• Make informed decisions regarding treatment planning.

• Ensure adherence to legal and professional standards and/or guidelines, including mandatory reporting obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work is mandatory.

• Must be licensed by the Arkansas Professional Board as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Background in evidence-based treatment; experience with a trauma-informed care model is preferred.

• Experience in substance use treatment is required.
