This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director within a designated geographic area.
• Engage with current and prospective clients, including physicians and physician office groups at hospitals.
• Assess clinical needs, objectives, and limitations pertaining to patient care.
• Discuss and illustrate how the company’s products can address customer and patient requirements.
• Provide case coverage while contributing to sales targets, company goals, and increased revenue.
• Offer clinical support for coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service training on company products.
• Initiate customer engagement in procedural and technical discussions regarding product, therapy, and technology advancements.
• Align clinical data with key messaging.
• Provide innovative and practical solutions utilizing company products.
• Relay account information to the local territory manager on a daily basis.
• Assist in monitoring product inventory.
• Share insights on competitive products and accounts with the relevant Territory Manager or Clinical Specialist.
• Educate clients on the advantages and correct clinical application of company products.
• Lead discussions on challenging or intricate cases.
• Create and develop content for Regional and/or Area clinical calls.
• Assist the Regional Sales Director in crafting and distributing educational materials for the internal team.
• Provide case support and coverage for highly complex cases requiring advanced clinical expertise.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Clinical expertise adequate to support the most intricate cases.
• Capability to provide case coverage and troubleshoot company products.
• Proficiency in delivering in-service education and customer training.
• Ability to discuss procedural, technical, product, therapy, and technological innovations.
• Skill in linking clinical data to essential messaging.
• Competence in identifying customer clinical needs, objectives, and limitations.
• Talent for developing innovative and practical product-based solutions.
• Ability to communicate account details to territory managers effectively.
• Proficient in monitoring product inventory levels.
• Ability to evaluate competitive products and account prospects.
• Capability to lead complex case reviews and create clinical-call content.
